Pho, as the name suggests, specialises in pho, the Vietnamese national dish – an amazingly tasty and nutritious noodle soup, as well as other authentic Vietnamese dishes, coffees, beers, cocktails and fresh juices, transporting your tastebuds to the ambiance of Vietnam streets.
Our stocks take around 12 hours to prepare – this authentic preparation being key to the stocks retaining all their goodness and developing their own distinctive tastes and aromas, brimming with lean meats and fresh ingredients.
